- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Place is terrible. Poor customer service along with unhelpful staff. Long wait lines as well even when you have all your required paperwork they still find excuses not to complete your paperwork The number system is a waste of time too They have all these booths and only 3 people working assisting customers on any given time. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★First, they opened their door two minutes earlier than their opening hours. Yeah, 2 minutes is nothing, but if it was 2 minutes late you'd be pissed. The first woman giving people the appropriate tickets was just immediately very bubbly and nice. I was surprised considering the negative stigma on DMV trips. I sat down, and was called probably about 5 minutes later. That woman was extremely nice herself! She was apologetic, polite, and friendly. I went back on the ticket line when I was done to ask for a form to change my photo on my ID, and after that I had only been inside for 15 minutes. Granted this was at 8:30 in the morning, so of course the experience is going to be shorter and the employees haven't had to deal with many ignorant people yet, but I really had a great experience today at the DMV.By Rob Lofaro, November 10, 2016
